Thier service offering includes enterprise applications implementation such as SAP ERP/CRM and Oracle EBS, strategy and operations (S&O), Big Data, AI servicve and BPO services.
Expanding thier solution coverage as well as organization in Greater China.
Position Title: Senior Sales Manager

顧客の開拓・維持を通し、SAP及び、その他ソリューションの提案・プロジェクト受注・アカウント管理が主なミッションとなります。
Job Discription
- Develop Japanese or Local or MNC accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Propose accounts Strategic Business solutions and Execution solutions (Strategy, SAP, Non SAP, BPO, etc.) in accounts in Greater China.
- Identity pipelines, opportunities, lead the engagement, solutions and close deals.
- Manage key accounts both on engagement and delivery to drive business.
- Build and lead core team based on business progress and requirements.
Requirement
- Minimum Degree Qualification
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin + Japanese or English is plus(日本国籍の方は中国語能力)
- Strong Technical Solution selling
- Knowledge in SAP is plus
- Experience with 5-7 years of Account Manger/Sales Manager experience
- Excellent analytical, communication and social skills
- Willingness to travel all over China
- Excellent Communication Skill and Team player
