职位描述

Key responsibilities:

1、 Perform month end close activities related to Cost Accounting.

2、 Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)

3、 Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)

4、 Prepare actual vs. plan (budget) analysis.

5、 Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and records of the organization.

6、 Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.

7、Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support.

8、 Set up new raw material, packaging, WIP, and FG items; create and maintain production BOMs; maintain periodic cost rolls/updates.

9、 Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs.

10、Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

11、Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures.

12、Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs.

13、Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts.

14、Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.

15、Develop and maintain standard costs of finished goods and production components in ERP(SAP) system.

16、Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.

17、Lead and manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process.

18、Ensure validity and accuracy of ERP(SAP) through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing.

19、Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management

20、Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls.

21、Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.

22、Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.

23、Represent Finance/Accounting on teams designed to improve operations, reduce costs, etc.

Skills & Experience Required:

1、Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.

2、Food industry or big 4 experience is a plus.

3、Experience to work for multi-national cooperation.

4、Hands on ERP (SAP) experience preferred.

5、5+ years of accounting experience; cost accounting preferred.

6、5+ years of operational experience, especially with inventory.

7、Solid cost systems background and IT skills.

8、Strong ownership and leadership, self-starter.

9、Has experience to implement ERP system or lead strategic project as a leader.

10、Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

11、Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision

12、Excellent report-writing, speaking communication in both Chinese and English.

13、Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

14、Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions.

15、Strong grasp of CHGAAP accounting and general accounting concepts.

16、Extremely strong excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques and familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

17、Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes

? CHCPA, USCPA, CMA or MBA is preferred.
