Job Description & Summary

Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.



Job Description &   Responsibilities

The team is a mix of technical and business professionals and expects everyone involved to fix problems and address challenges of every kind.

The role would be deployed to a projects across the Ventures lifecycle, which may be at different phases varying from ideation to commercialisation. Typically business analyst tasks would be delivered in the operations, marketing or product workstream within a project.

Tasks would include the following:

  • Perform market and customer research
  • Design, manage and analyse customer surveys and interviews
  • Track customer pipeline
  • Produce sales decks and other marketing collateral
  • Assist business case development
  • Assist cost/benefit analysis and modelling
  • Support project management team in planning and monitoring
  • Document key actions, decisions, notes, risks and issues
  • Support budget applications and gate approval reviews
  • Update progress status documents
  • Perform process mapping and gap analysis
  • Support initial product ideation and conceptual development
  • Understand, analyse and document product features and requirements
  • Translate requirements to support UX/tech teams to developing functional prototypes and wireframes
  • Support delivery of customer engagements
  • Support gathering of details materials for risk and quality reviews


Reporting structure & key relationships

The role will operate in a team of software product founders, business analysts, developers, tech leads, UX designers, marketers and sales specialists.



  • 3 years of experience in business analyst role
  • Strong written presentation, including technical writing skills
  • Strong verbal communication, including stakeholder management abilities
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle
  • Excellent English written and spoken skills



  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • Experience in product management, marketing, financial analysis
  • Project management qualification, agile management experience
