Manager for JAMP (“Japanese Account Management Program”) and IAFA (Internal Audit and Financial Advisory) Service Delivery





Major Responsibilities

  • Business Development for Japanese companies in China

  • Analyze and update the China’s Japanese business market trend and needs in liaison to our capabilities

  • Stay close to Japanese business community in China for networking, establish our profile as an entrusted consulting firm with a positioning in alignment with our solutions

  • Prospect for potential new clients, maintain relationship with Japanese management, identify new opportunities, and assist in managing the JAMP portfolio

  • Actively participate in marketing events and speak for seminars or other similar occasions

  • Collaborate with global offices for joint business development initiatives


  • Client Service Delivery (The clients are not only for Japanese companies, also for Chinese companies)

  • Lead, execute and manage internal control/internal audit or other consulting projects together with project members

  • Communicate among clients’ management and project teams, to ensure clients’ concerns and expectations are timely addressed

  • Deliver presentation to clients’ management for project progress update and project conclusion



  • Japanese nationality

  • Bilingual, Japanese and Chinese in professional working proficiency

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Consultancy work experiences in areas of risk and internal control, internal audit and financial advisory are mandatory, Process and performance improvement, and information technology are preferred

  • Business development experiences are preferred

  • Work experience in China is preferred

  • Willingness to develop a thorough understanding of our solution and capabilities
