Native level of Mandarin & Business level of English speaking customer service role in Malaysia
Candidate may be started in China first while waiting for their work VISA approval and eventually the candidate will be relocated to Malaysia.
To ensure operating systems are functioning properly and report to Shift Leader if it fails
To process client's request via live chat, email, and phone call
To escalate issue to appropriate specialist when needed via SalesForce or Jira
To update clients on their request status accordingly
To constantly verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions on hourly basis
To attend all seminars scheduled by the company for the employee
To achieve quarterly KPI targets set by CS Manager
To perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Understand Company product, Company legal documents in details (Client Agreement, etc.), Company internal regulations and procedures and Company PR policy
Excellent command of the Mandarin language, with advanced reading and writing proficiency
Excellent and native communication soft skills in Mandarin & fluent communication skills in English
Preferably with 1 year experience in a customer service environment
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia
